Tuscany, Evanston, Ranchlands, Varsity, Bowness - mature spruce and poplar, so eaves fill fast in October.
Calgary NE
Skyview, Redstone, Cornerstone, Saddle Ridge - newer builds, mostly two-storey with taller rooflines.
Calgary SW
Elbow Park, Mount Royal, Altadore, Signal Hill - heavy canopy, the one part of town that can justify gutters twice a year.
Calgary SE
Mahogany, Auburn Bay, McKenzie Towne, Cranston - big decks and long fence runs, lots of built-in grills.
Outside the city.
Everything inside Calgary is the listed price with nothing added. Outside the city - Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks and Strathmore - there's a flat $24.99 fuel surcharge on the job. It's $24.99 whatever the service and however many services you book on the visit, and you'll see it on the quote before you agree to anything.
