Privacy

When you send us a quote request we collect your name, your phone number or email, your address and whatever you tell us about the job. We use it to quote the work, turn up at the right house, and invoice you afterwards.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with anyone outside the people doing your job, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote once.

How long we keep it

Job and invoice records are kept for as long as Alberta and CRA rules require. Quote requests that never become jobs are cleared out periodically.

Asking us to delete it

Email koboservicescalgary@gmail.com or call (403) 607-1129 and ask. We will confirm once it is done.
