Permanent Lighting in Calgary
Permanent lighting starts at $1,689.99 installed. It is a low-voltage 24V LED track mounted under your eaves, colour-matched to the fascia so you barely see it in daylight, and run from an app on your phone. Christmas, Halloween, Canada Day, or plain warm white every night - you never get on a ladder again.

What it costs.
Every house has a different roofline, so the final number comes from measuring yours. The quote is free and there's no obligation.
Priced on the length of roofline you want lit, measured on site. $1,689.99 is the minimum job and covers the front of most Calgary bungalows. Two-storey homes and full wraparounds run higher, and you get a written number before anything is booked.
Prices are for jobs inside Calgary. Outside the city there's a $24.99 fuel surcharge.
Book two services on the same visit and the cheaper one comes off 15%. Applies to work our own crew does.
What's included.
One day for most homes. Booked year-round, because nothing about it depends on the season.

Questions we actually get.
How much does permanent lighting cost in Calgary?
Our minimum job is $1,689.99, which covers the front roofline of most bungalows. The price is set by how many feet of roofline you light, so we measure on site and give you a written number before anything is booked. Bigger two-storey homes and full wraparounds cost more.
Can you see the track during the day?
Barely. It sits under the eave, not on top of the roof, and the track is matched to your fascia colour. From the street it reads as part of the trim. The photo on this page is the kind of house we do - you see the lights at night and the trim in the day.
Is permanent lighting worth it over regular Christmas lights?
If you plan to stay in the house a few years, usually yes. A leased Christmas install is paid every season and only lights up for six weeks. Permanent lighting is paid once and works for every holiday, every birthday and every ordinary night, with no install or takedown visit ever again. If you might sell next year, the seasonal install is the cheaper answer and we'll tell you that.
Do I need an electrician?
Only if there's no outdoor outlet near where the controller will go. The lights themselves are low-voltage 24V and plug into a standard outlet. We check for one when we measure, and if you need a new outlet a licensed electrician installs it, priced up front.
Can it be installed in winter?
Yes. It's a year-round product, so we book it in any month. Fall is the busy stretch because everyone wants it lit for Christmas, so book early if December matters to you.
Where we do it.
All four Calgary quadrants, plus the surrounding towns. See the full list.
Calgary NW
Tuscany, Evanston, Ranchlands, Varsity, Bowness - mature spruce and poplar, so eaves fill fast in October.
Calgary NE
Skyview, Redstone, Cornerstone, Saddle Ridge - newer builds, mostly two-storey with taller rooflines.
Calgary SW
Elbow Park, Mount Royal, Altadore, Signal Hill - heavy canopy, the one part of town that can justify gutters twice a year.
Calgary SE
Mahogany, Auburn Bay, McKenzie Towne, Cranston - big decks and long fence runs, lots of built-in grills.
Often booked together.
